    Die feierliche Eröffnung findet im Rahmen des “Tags der offenen Ernst Busch” am 26. April 2025 um 15:30 Uhr im Foyer der HfS Ernst Busch (Zinnowitzer Straße 11) statt und wird von einem Redebeitrag von Susanne Foidl, der Frauen- und Gleichstellungsbeauftragten der Hochschule, begleitet. 

    Seit Herbst 2024 durften wir auf den Spuren gesellschaftlicher Werte, Medizingeschichte und politischen Prozessen zahlreiche Gespräche führen und wertvolles Wissen über die Geschichte der reproduktiven Gerechtigkeit in Deutschland anhäufen. Dieses Wissen und die Menschen, die es uns zur Verfügung gestellt haben, sind in der Videoinstallation zu erleben. Ab dem Zeitpunkt ihrer Eröffnung wird sie im Foyer der HfS Ernst Busch den Angehörigen der Hochschule sowie einer breiten Öffentlichkeit an Besucherinnen und Besuchern zugänglich sein.

  • Content of the program

    Participants acquire knowledge of the Artistic Response method as a way of exploring dramatic material - opening up concept, situation, relationship, dialogue and character for a co-creative artistic investigation in a preparatory work. Based on a pre-selected text and using the Artistic Response method as a starting point, the participants investigate artistic questions that concern them in the text, take turns facilitating improvisations that the questions give rise to exploring, and they give each other feedback on the investigations carried out. As a background for the investigations, the participants also receive an introduction to the theatre historical context of the material and a dramatic-analytical preparation.

  • The course consists of a workshop combining theory and practice, during which, the participants make together ritualistic performances and/or rituals. During the course the participants become familiar with the ritualistic roots of theatre and the essential concepts of ritual practices, such as sacred, cosmology, liminal, communitas, ritual transference, mythological topography, and threshold dramaturgy. Participants are also encouraged to contemplate the further use of ritualistic practices in their own artistic practices. The course includes online component, some reading and some homework. In addition, the course includes 1 week long ritual workshop, somewhere with deep enough forest.

  • Auswahl für das choreographische Trainingsprogramm ATLAS – create your dance trails beim ImPulsTanz Festival 2025, in Wien im Juli/August 2025.

    ATLAS – create your dance trails ist ein auf Modulen basierendes Fortbildungsprogramm, eingebettet in das ImPulsTanz – Vienna International Dance Festival. Es bietet sowohl Künstler*innen mit ersten choreografischen Erfahrungen als auch Künstler*innen in der Mitte ihrer Laufbahn, gerne auch aus anderen Disziplinen, ein dynamisches Umfeld für deren künstlerische Entwicklung. Das Programm zielt darauf ab, zwei zentrale Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen: zum einen, Studio-Space für Research-Arbeiten und zur Stückentwicklung zur Verfügung zu haben, und zum anderen, sich neuen Input zu verschaffen durch individuelle Trainingsprogramme, durch den Besuch internationaler Produktionen und durch den Austausch mit Künstler*innen aus mehr als 100 Ländern sowie durch den Peer-to-Peer-Austausch innerhalb der ATLAS-Gruppen.
